SECTION 12ZZ. Massachusetts Biomedical Research Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart October 21 as Massachusetts Biomedical Research Day, in conjunction with National Biomedical Research Day, and recommending that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
