SECTION 15BBBB. Special Needs Awareness Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart May 23 as Special Needs Awareness Day, in recognition of those who suffer from physical, mental or emotional disability and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
