SECTION 15DDDDD. Leopoldville Disaster Remembrance Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart December 24 as Leopoldville Disaster Remembrance Day, in recognition of the victims and survivors of the S.S. Leopoldville disaster of December 24, 1944, and recommending that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
