SECTION 15DDDDDD. Seatbelt Awareness Month

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the month of May as Seatbelt Awareness Month to increase awareness of the importance of seatbelt safety and shall recommend that the month be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
