SECTION 15O. Keep Massachusetts Beautiful Month

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting aside the month of May as Keep Massachusetts Beautiful Month, recommending its observance by the public by the establishment of programs designed to encourage and promote the civic and natural beautification of the commonwealth.
